Service · Paid Ads

Paid ads run like an operator — not an agency.

Google Search, Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, YouTube. Operator-grade ad-spend stewardship from a founder who's spent their own money on ads inside three SaaS launches. Conversion-tracked, full-funnel, monthly reviewed. No blank-cheque arrangement — you see what works and what gets killed.

A Google Ads agency for UK growth-stage businesses — based in Worcester, working UK-wide.

Active across Worcester, Droitwich, Malvern, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Evesham, Pershore, Stourport, Tewkesbury and Birmingham. Plus UK-wide for sectors we already work in: home care, hospitality, trades and professional services.

A real-world paid programme, not a starter pack.

Six pillars. Operator-built. No "engagement metric" theatre.

Account audit + restructure

We rebuild the structure for clarity and signal. Most accounts inherit 5+ years of agency drift — that gets sorted first.

Search + Performance Max

Google Search, PMax and Display managed against conversion goals, not impressions. We don't believe in 'awareness budget' as a line item.

Microsoft Ads (Bing)

Bing converts better in many UK B2B and home-services sectors. Cheaper CPCs. Powers ChatGPT search. Most agencies skip it. We don't.

YouTube + video ads

When it fits — and only then. Video isn't the answer for every business; we'll tell you when it isn't.

Conversion tracking + GA4

Proper tracking setup with offline-conversion uploads where possible. If we can't measure it, we don't run it.

Monthly review + live dashboard

Looker Studio dashboard you can check anytime. Monthly call covers what worked, what got killed, where to push.

We've spent our own money. That changes how we spend yours.

Phil's MBA + 13 years inside UK home care software + three SaaS launches means every pound of paid spend is treated like it came out of our own operating cashflow. Because, on our own products, it does.

Skin in the game

When we recommend cutting a campaign that isn't working, we mean it — even if it shrinks the bill. The point is your ROI, not our retainer.

Full funnel literacy

We design the landing page, the offer, the email follow-up. Paid ads as a standalone service get half the result. We connect it to the rest of your funnel because it's usually our funnel.

No transparency tax

Ad spend is invoiced direct to you. No agency rebates, no kickbacks, no spread. You see the same number Google sees.

Three management bands.

Management fee, separate from your ad budget. Pick the band that matches the spend level and complexity.

Lite — £750/month

Up to £3,000/mo ad spend. Single channel (usually Google Search). Monthly review. Best for early-stage testing.

Growth — £1,500/month

Up to £15,000/mo ad spend. Multi-channel (Google + Microsoft + Performance Max). Fortnightly review. Conversion tracking + landing page CRO included.

Scale — £3,000/month

Up to £50,000/mo ad spend. Multi-channel + creative production. Weekly review. Full-funnel attribution, custom dashboards.

Bundle inclusive

Paid Ads management is included as part of the Home Care Agency Bundle at Growing tier and above.

Want paid ads that read like an operator wrote them?

Start with the Business Discovery questionnaire or email the Principal directly. We'll come back with a recommendation and a sample audit of what we'd change first.

Questions clients ask

Do we own the ad accounts?

Yes. We work inside your ad accounts. You keep the account, the history, the data. If we ever part ways, you keep everything. No platform lock-in, no agency-only access.

What if a campaign isn't working?

We'll tell you, kill it, and propose what to try next. Honest feedback beats keeping a bad campaign alive to protect the retainer.

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

No. Ad spend is invoiced directly to you by Google/Microsoft/Meta etc. Our management fee is separate and fully transparent.

Do you run Meta Ads too?

Yes — but that's covered under Paid Socials because it's a different discipline. We can manage both, often together.

What's the minimum commitment?

3-month minimum to give the account time to optimise. After that, 30-day rolling notice. Anything shorter than 3 months is statistical noise.
