MBA-grade strategy
Pricing strategy, cover-to-revenue maths, recruitment economics, food cost discipline, M&A readiness — proper analytical work in every monthly call, not consultancy theatre.
For less than the cost of one extra waiter, my team runs your entire growth back-office — brand, website with bookings, local SEO, AI-search visibility, Instagram-led social, food photography, review management, HospitalityApp, MBA-led strategy. One bill. One local area, closed to your competitors.
Built for independent operators who can't justify hiring a marketing director, a software CTO, an IT manager and a strategic advisor — but still need everything those people would deliver. One bill, one accountable practice. Maximum 8 active bundle clients during the practice build-out phase.
Most marketing agencies pitching hospitality have never run a busy Saturday service. Most hospitality consultants have never written a menu page that converts. The bundle works because both sides of the brief sit with the same practice.

Phil built HospitalityApp because off-the-shelf sector software wasn't good enough for the operators he was working with. The bundle includes it because the operator running your strategy is also the founder who shipped the software.
Same practice builds the brand, ships the website, runs the SEO, manages the reviews, supports the software, takes the strategy call. No vendor circus. No "that's not my department".
One agency per UK local area. Your competitors down the street don't get the same firepower. Capped roster, waitlist when full.
Independent and Multi-Site are accessible-by-design — hospitality margins are tighter than home care, so the entry bar is lower. Group and Estate scale up cleanly. Move up when you grow.

Cover the bundle on the back of one extra Saturday-night table per week. At a typical £25-a-head average spend and standard hospitality margins, four extra covers a week pays for the Independent tier and leaves change. Everything else is upside.
When you sign the bundle, we close your local area to other hospitality businesses. We will not take a second venue in your patch while you're with us. Your competitors don't get our brand work, our SEO, our AI-search visibility, our review management machine, our software. Just you.
Territorial exclusivity has a less obvious benefit. Every other bundle client is in a different local area. They are not competing for your guests. They are the only operators in the country running their venue on the same operating system, the same software, the same strategic cadence as you.
Once a year, for two days, we put you all in the same room. Ideas land in minutes that would have taken months alone. Included in every tier.
No phase-of-the-moon billing. No mystery line items. What you see on the tier card is what hits your bank account.
Invoiced on contract signature, payable before kick-off. One number, all-in for the launch scope.
Starts on launch day (typically 4–8 weeks after setup), billed monthly thereafter. Includes all software licences, all agency hours, ongoing strategy and support.
12 months from launch. Hospitality marketing needs sustained presence to compound. After that: 90 days rolling notice.
Third-party ad spend (Google/Meta budget at cost, fully transparent), domain renewals, premium photography or video shoots beyond the monthly cadence (quoted on demand), EPOS hardware.
10% off monthly if paid annually upfront. Optional on every tier.
Multi-site groups priced bespoke — usually two scoping calls and a written proposal within seven working days. Talk to the Principal directly.
Email the Principal with your venue and area — we'll come back within one working day with availability, indicative tier and what onboarding looks like.

Everything a serious independent venue needs to grow under one bill: brand identity and menu design, website with reservations integration, local SEO, AI-search visibility on Claude / ChatGPT / Perplexity, Instagram-led social media with monthly food photography, content production, review management across TripAdvisor + Google + Booking.com, HospitalityApp sector software (rota, payroll, food hygiene, allergen management, team), integrated calling for your bookings desk, basic IT support (Microsoft 365, MDM, endpoint protection, helpdesk), food hygiene and allergen compliance guidance (FSA preparation, Natasha's Law documentation), monthly MBA-led strategy call, the 1:90 Align planning system, expert sector veterans on the end of the phone, and the Annual Gathering with other independent operators.
It's the UK hospitality operations app built around what independent venues actually need — rota and shift coverage, payroll integration, food hygiene record-keeping that builds itself for FSA inspections, allergen management for Natasha's Law compliance, and team management for the staff turnover reality of the sector. It replaces 3–5 separate tools at the price of one and is included in the bundle. hospitalityapp.co.uk ↗
We hold the bundle to one client per UK local area across the same 306-area register used by the home care bundle — districts in larger counties (Worcester separate from Malvern Hills, Manchester separate from Salford), council areas in Wales/Scotland/NI, London boroughs, upper-tier authorities elsewhere. When you sign, no other hospitality business in your local area can sign the bundle while you're with us. That includes pubs, cafés, restaurants and B&Bs — one client, one local area, one bill.
We guide. We don't certify. Food hygiene rating preparation (FSA inspections), Natasha's Law allergen documentation, HACCP plan review — sector-informed coaching, templates and ongoing review. The inspection and the documentation are yours; the support is ours. We make sure it goes in cleanly. Full delivery (we run the documentation programme for you) is a separate engagement we quote on request.
Two days a year, in person, with every other bundle client. Day 1: open idea-share + live roadmap vote on the next twelve months of HospitalityApp and bundle features + evening celebration of the year's wins. Day 2: each venue sets its next 90-day 1:90 Align Arc with Principal + Director input, then practical workshops sized to what the room asks for. The Gathering works because territorial exclusivity means every attendee is in a different local area — nobody in the room is competing for your customers. Included in every tier, owner attendance guaranteed.
Estate is bespoke. Multi-site operators, franchisor groups and regional chains with 15+ venues are scoped per group and priced per venue. Pricing reflects venue count, integration complexity (EPOS, payroll, HR systems), multi-area exclusivity lock, and Principal-led cadence. Talk to the Principal directly to scope — typically two scoping calls and a written proposal within seven working days.
